  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • One tsp Kasturi methi
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • ½ tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 finely chopped tomato
  • 1 finely chopped potato
  • 1/4th tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt
  • 4 cup shredded cabbage
  • ½ cup peas
  • 1/4th tsp garam masala
  • 2 tsp coriander

  • In a pan, add 3 tbsp of oil along with 1 tsp cumin seeds and1 tsp Kasturi methi. Stir them on a low flame until the flavors have been released into the oil.
  • Add 1 finely chopped onion into the pan and stir till it turns golden brown.
  • Go on to add ½ tsp ginger garlic paste and stir well.
  • After a few minutes, add 1 finely chopped tomato and 1 finely chopped potato and stir well for 1 minute. Cover the pan and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

  • Add 3 tbsp sunflower oil in a pan along with 1 tsp mustard, ¾ tsp urad dal, ¾ tsp chana dal, a few curry leaves, and a pinch of hing. Let it splutter for a few minutes.

  • In a pressure cooker, steam the cabbage and potatoes for 3 whistles after adding ½ tsp salt and 1 glass of water into it.

  • Add the green chilis and the onion and stir it well for 2 minutes.
