  1. Wear a supportive bra post-surgery

A supportive bra or wireless bra should be worn for the first three weeks after surgery. 2. Avoid pressure & don’t sleep on your stomach

You should avoid sleeping on your stomach or having any added pressure placed on your chest as both can cause discomfort.

3. Avoid heavy lifting

Breast lifts put a temporary strain on the body that makes it necessary to avoid heavy lifting or strenuous activity. 8. Discuss post-surgery medications
